About Us

Welcome to Neighbors Mobile Coffee! My name is Maddison and my husband's name is Paden. We are a military family owned and operated small business located near JBLM, WA. We mainly operate in Pierce County and surrounding areas.

Paden and I grew up in Idaho. Paden joined the military right out of high school. We moved to Hawaii after he completed all of his training, then to Washington State three years later! 

We're both HUGE dreamers! We want BIG things out of this life and we plan on accomplishing them. All it takes is a lot of hard work, and learning to fail but never giving up. 

My dream is to one day own a giant piece of land. We'll build a brick and mortar coffee house where you can sit down on a comfy couch, meet with friends, cuddle up with a good book & enjoy a great cup of joe. We'll have a beautiful flower field off to the side full of Dahlias & Zinnias in the Summer and pumpkins in the Fall. We'll build a giant venue in the back for weddings, baby showers & birthdays. Oh! And also a pond where I can fulfil my dream of owning a whole waddle of ducks! We hope to build a space where creativity and community can flourish while also allowing people to feel comfortable and at home.

Where might this giant piece of land be located? We don't know yet. And I think that's a lot of the beauty of our circumstances! We started our journey as a coffee trailer with the mindset that we'd be moving for the next 12 + years. This allows us to take the business with us, mostly wherever we're sent, and continue to build and expand! Hopefully along the way, we're able to see the world and find a place we would one day love to call home.  Who knows, maybe we'll end up back in little ole Idaho! ;)

SO!!! The dreams start now! We most recently finished our coffee trailer and have been approved for use! We celebrated our Grand Opening on August 5th and will now be seen throughout Pierce County in our little teal trailer. Keep your eyes out for us! One small (BIG) step at a time.
